Damn tired!! Hahaha.. These 2 days got the sporty spur. Ran more than 3 km yesterday evening, ran another 6 rounds with Rong today before 1 hour of tiring T.B.T lesson!! Yay!! Thorough work-out!! Did my arms yesterday too.. In the end they were aching today. And I can expect my abs and butt area to ache tomorrow too.

Anyway, my timetable worked out to be 3 day week and a slack 3 day week!!!!!! Lol! Lab on Monday 10 to 6 pm, Tuesday start at 11, end at 4 pm and 6 pm alternately, Wed and Thurs free days, and Friday 12 to 4 pm!!! How shiok! Happy happy. (^.^)

Feeling good!! Just did a mung bean and cereal face mask. The thing smells so sweet and good enough to eat. Heehee.. CNY is coming next week!!! Muahaha.. And next week is JUST like term break. Because Monday no lab, Tuesday only one lecture. The rest all free!!! This sem is the best sem with most breaks!

Ok. I need to sleep. Can wake up as late as I want tomorrow..

Finally, I had the urge to do some work. Watched my webcasts and did about half of my lab report since yesterday night. Haha.. Slacked in between and slept quite alot.. But the good thing of resting is that I am recovering from my horrible cough.

Ate quite a lot of rubbish today.. I will go run tomorrow morning.

Looking forward to CNY.. Can't wait for it to come! I like the feeling of CNY. It gives me the happy feeling, make me excited. Haha.. Although I am not a kid anymore, I still love the CNY feeling. And it will start from CNY eve, eating steamboat and counting down, having a bit of bak kwa and praying for luck, love and happiness. (^.^) Getting to finally wear the new stuff that was kept for the sake of wearing new things in CNY. I don't think this is all though.. There must be some reason I still feel like this about CNY but I don't know what exactly it is.

Tomorrow will be reading day. It'll be good with Dear around. :)

Damn shag. Today, I had a really tiring day. Firstly, I was late for lecture in the afternoon because I forgot to bring my sport shoes out. So I had to walk back home. And because the freaking button for the lift is spoilt on the 1st floor, I could not get the lift to come down, thus I had to climb 8 flight of stairs back home. Finally I went out running quite late for lecture. When I reached the MRT station, the train was going to arrive in 1 minute, so I ran for it. I had not crossed the barrier and the train arrived. So I flew up the escalator and barely got into the train before the door closed. Phew.

After a long, boring lecture, Rong, Angel and I went to Chinatown. 3rd time for me in like 4 days? Anyway, we went browsing through the shops above the food centre and bought some essentials. I bought 2 bottles of shampoo and 1 bottle of conditioner. Heavy like shit. Then, I bought more mochi.

We had dinner. Damn bloody full. Rong and Angel still managed to eat some small little kueh bulu after that. Walked to the bus stop to take bus and it was super crowded. Luckily, we managed to squeeze up the bus but we were running late for our T.B.T (tummy, butt, thigh) lesson!! So once we got off the bus outside NUS, we half-ran and brisk-walked into the school to collect our stuff from the locker and get changed. Then, we half ran and half walked to the SRC dance studio. So breathless and perspiring like mad even before lesson started!!

Now comes the lesson, which is a total nightmare!!! So so so so so 凶!!! OMG. The exercises were damn damn tiring. Bleh. Really, really work on the thighs and stomach. After the lesson, Angel and I had jelly legs and we almost rolled down the stairs cos we were so wobbly!! LOL. We actually had to clutch the railing as we go down the steps. And you know NUS. BLOODY lots of stairs.

So, i concluded I will lose some weight this sem. Cos yesterday, I had nothing to eat and drink from 8 am to 7 pm. STUPID, CRAPPY lab. (-.-) And I can expect future labs to be like that. Then on Tuesday and Friday, cannot have proper lunch, cos lectures from 12 pm to 4 pm. Then on Tuesday, Rong and I will be running before TBT lesson. And cannot eat too much dinner before TBT. LOL. I still planned to run on my own on Wed or Friday, and occasional table tennis with Dear, and occasional tanning in the school pool on Friday morning with Angel and Rong. *Grinz* So it is an exercising semester time for me. I shall be good and eat my 2 servings of veggies and fruits regularly. Salad time!!

Had an interesting day yesterday. Haha.. Firstly, I woke up early in the morning to accompany my dad to SGH to settle some stuff. Had brunch at the food court there before setting off for People's Park in Chinatown. And at OG, I bought my pair of black heels from Americaya! Buahaha.. Paid for by dad of cos. Hehe.. Quite ex and the heels are quite high. 9.5 cm. (^.^) Bought some other stuff too.

Anyway, in the end I went back home to put down all our shopping before meeting Dear and setting off to Chinatown again. Lol. Had dinner before wandering off to the street to wait for the performances, fireworks and fire crackers. I got hit by 'gold' (chocolate coins) from the 财神爷 on stilts! Bahaha!! Yes! Windfall is coming soon! *Grinz* The show this year was good. Dear and I stood right in front of the firecrackers. X) So damn loud when it went off, and we had a full view of the fireworks too.

Finished watching everything in about 2 hours plus and took lots of pics and some videos. We went to squeeze with the humongous and terrible crowd to walk the alleys where all the CNY goodies were up for sale. In the end, we couldn't see much. But I managed to buy a really large bag of Taiwan mochi worth $11 and a small black bag made of cheongsam material for $3!! Everything seem to be cheaper this year. I wonder why. Thought it would be more expensive but elaborate decorations were sold at 5 for $10 and the bag I bought was sold at 4 for $10! New year goodies and pastries are also sold 5 or 4 bottles for $10. Wanted to buy 4 different colours of the bag but they were a bit too small for my practical use since I will be at school most of the time.

After being one of those sardines in the alleys, Dear and I finally could not take it anymore and decided to go back another day when it's less packed. We escaped to take a better look at the lighting on the street. Disney themed this year and really pretty. Took a few more pics and Dear wanted to eat some food. In the end, I brought him to the Chinatown temp food centre at the back of the Outram MRT station to try the claypot rice. :) I came to know about the food centre during my Dad's stay at SGH last Dec. Wanted to try the claypot rice everybody seemed to be having when my brother and sis-in-law visited the centre the last time. It turned out to be very good!! Yummy. But I felt so guilty about eating it at the late hour of 10 plus. :( Whatever I exercised off on Thursday and Friday must have all been gained back in an instant. Nevermind. I shall exercise more this week.

Finally got on the bus back to BB interchange at 11 plus. Dear's idea to take bus so that we can sit down and rest. We did get seats but the only thing was that the bus ride was quite long!! Hahaha.. It was a nice comfy ride though and Dear stayed over cos there was no transport back home for him by the time we reached my house.

Slack so much this week!! Shit. I must read my geog readings soon.

Feeling more motivated today. :) Had 2 lectures before going home and finally getting down to running! Yes! I finally went to run today!! Ta-da! Anyway, had some exercise too yesterday. Went to Dear's hall and played table tennis and badminton with him and his friends for about 2 hours. After that, I went back to his hall to bathe and he and his roomie went running at about 6 plus, so I watched geog webcast! *Grinz* I am so 乖. Lol.

I am going to be disciplined and be a mugger gal. Will start on one of my readings now. Heehee.

Woohoo! Such a HOT day today. Freaking hot and sunny. Why is the weather good when I am not free to run? (-.-) Anyway, bought another top and a dress today!! Mom sponsored half the total cost. Heehee.. Which means it's like buy one get one free. *Loves* to mom. (^.^)

Went to Dear's hall just now. Just sat there listening to my ipod quietly and 3 minutes later, Dear and his roomie got distracted and said they got no mood to study one after the other, casting me accusatory looks and said, "You see la!". Like I got so much power. Wah, I am so flattered. (-.-) Excuses and more excuses. In the end, roomie called his girl to come to the room too and we had a foursome monopoly. Victory went to me and Dear. Haha.. Had Subway for dinner after that. Yummy oatmeal raisin cookie too. (^.^) Walked around Jurong Point in search for my super high black heels but it came to nought. Sighz. I want my black heels.........

Happy and slack day today. 2 hour lecture tomorrow and hopefully, my long-and-dreadfully-needed run to diminish 'flabbiness', if there is such a word. (>.<) Yes dearest Shao, I am Miss Vainpot, if you want to crown me with that. *Grinz* Miss not having you around in lectures! Buahahahaha....

First day back at school was kinda alright. Heehee.. Determined to work hard. Thought that IA 2 will be sucky but it turned out alright. Mamamia! It's back to school tomorrow.. Feeling weird. But happy generally because of other things, not related to school. Anyway, I successfully stopped myself from shopping today although my mom keep trying to goad me into buying a pair of cute black round-ended heels and other stuff. It is really unique. Then, she tried to make me buy a silver clasp belt because it is nice and cheap. Luckily it is too big for me. And she still tried to convince me that I can wear it on my hip instead of my waist. Lol. Then she continued to bring me to shops to see clothes and stuff. OMG. Terrible. Now I know why I like shopping so much. Is it because my mom likes to play dolls? So naturally, as her daughter, she gets the sense of satisfaction to try and doll me up and all the rest of it. Lol. Mom.

Went to the pool yesterday. :) It was really sunny with no clouds in the morning till afternoon. Had darker tan line but then when I looked at myself in the mirror today, I still look untanned. I guess I am really lacking in melanin or something. After having some lunch, went back to Dear's place and he proceeded to do homework while I, being the slacker, fell asleep on his bed yet again at about close to 4 pm and only woke up at 6 plus. What a pig.

School's starting this tuesday. Shall settle down to become a disciplined, hard-working girl.

I think I REALLY cannot control myself. Dar and I went IMM today and we went to Popular and Daiso. Bought a nice car calendar for my bro, a cute storage pouch calendar for myself and some other rubbish I bought from Popular just because I think they are nice - a slim 2008 diary and a black book with silver outlined cats all over the cover, etc. Little things that chalk up to $20. (>.<) Whatever happened to the STOP shopping. Duhz.

And we had dinner at Cafe Cartel. (^.^) My fave chef chicken salad and Dar had signature pork ribs. Student discount card is the best. Woohoo! Must make good use of it before it expires in July this year. Wanted to have their chef-recommended bread pudding with "rum-soaked raisins and cranberries in brandy and 2 scoops of vanilla icecream, served with peach slices and strawberries". Ahhah. I got power mem. Anyway, Dar successfully prevented me from ordering it. Reminded me not to spend so much and that we will not be able to finish it. And he was right. (-.-) So freaking full after that huge plate of salad and butter bread. Sighz. Whatever happened to burning away excessive fats and slimming down. 2 resolutions failed right at the start. *sobz*

Went Bugis yesterday with Angel. And we didn't manage to stop ourselves from buying stuff despite saying we would not buy. Lol. A dolly red and black dress for me and a chic grey dress for her. Well, it was worth it anyway.

Feeling a tinge of regret for not being able to travel out of SG. Seems like everyone is flying somewhere, near or far.. Suddenly feel like travelling to see the rest of the world out there. :) There are things waiting to be explored, different cultures, different experiences all together. When you are just a kid, you don't think so much about leaving SG. But when you get older, somehow SG is too little a space to 'stretch' and 'grow'. Hearing experiences from friends makes you want to experience things for yourself. But of course, there are certain restrictions that make things not always go the way I want it to, and things I have not done to make it go the way I want it to. Things like this will be left to later for me, when there will be no more restrictions and considerations. Life is somewhat stale and mundane nowadays. Shopping has lost its attraction when you shop till you have no more to shop for. Shall take a rest from it for now.

School is starting next week. Angel and I have decided to sign up for A.B.T (Abs, butt and thighs) or T.B.T (Tummy, butt and thighs) fitness courses. Can do with more toning. Determined to fulfill all my resolutions this 2008.

It's 2 hours and 12 minutes past 12 am and I am 22!!! (^.^) Somehow, this 22nd birthday is as nice, if not nicer, than my 21st. Heehee. An error in my previous post, the watch cum necklace is bought for me by Mum!! Love her lots. And Dad paid for my Limited Ed ZA foundation package I bought with Lin today. :) Made it my 5th present. Love him lots too. Cut my 2nd cake today with my family. Bought by my brother and sis-in-law. Present count number 6. Love them lots too. And my er ge who's at home today! Love him lots as well! Loving everyone in my family. Hugs to all of them. Being camwhore today, everyone included. Lol. Mum was practising her photo skills and making us laugh like mad. Bahahaha!

Anyway, went Orchard with Lin today! :) Bought 2 clasp belts! 13 bux for both. Worth it! Had cheesy sausage and mash again for lunch today. Bought a piggie ring and bling bling hairbands as well. Lin bought lots of things too. Today, we went best deal shopping. Hahaha.. Lin bought 2 pairs of shoes from Mondo for just $19.80. Then, we both bought the Limited Ed ZA pack at $33.50 each, u.p $60. She also bought value pack lip balm from Mentholatum that comes with a watch at $9.90. Heehee.. Then I recommended her to buy the compact make-up toolset. Good deals. After shopping for a long time and taking some cool neoprints, we went to Takashimaya's Coffee Bean to slack. Had yummy egg club sandwich and regular ice blended mocha for my dinner. Really yummy, the side salad and everything. We then went to Wisma to Aldo Accessories so that Lin can see the shades she wants to buy before going home. Had fun trying all the shades. LOL. Got my 4th present from Lin! Thanks so much for the gold bracelet with all the charms! It is really special and cute, especially the 'charge it' gold card. Haha! (^.^)

Dinner out tomorrow with Dear. Going back to Orchard again to Wheelock's Place. It's been a good start this year. Got 'feel' that it is going to be good the whole year. Hahaha.. Yes, good things will happen, I believe.

Went for K Lunch with Dear at JEC today.. :) He had a small surprise for me! Hehe.. Turns out that he bought a mint tea cake from Prima Deli for advanced celebration of my birthday. And I was so absorbed with my own thoughts that I didn't notice him carrying the big box until we were at the K Box. :S So then we had lunch and ate the cake secretly at the K Box there. Lol. Think they don't allow outside food but we didn't care. The cake was yummy! Think Prima Deli make their cakes with higher quality assurance now. Anyway, K session was good. (^.^)

Went back to his place after that and it started raining so heavily after we got off the bus. But it was fun swoshing around with a small umbrella for the both of us. Dear's arms are the best place to be in. =D Watched 'Lust, Caution' on his computer to spend the rainy afternoon. The movie is quite good actually. Interesting plot. But then again, maybe a little too much 'details'. Lol. Dear and I were discussing if the leads did it for real. Haha.. Sure doesn't look like acting. Nevermind. Moving on to non-RA stuff, we had some good ice-cream. The unfinished Ben & Jerry's Dublin Mudslide. Yummy!! And more fats. Garh. These few days keep eating fats. Bahaha. And not been active for 2 weeks!! Oh no. :(

Went out at about close to 8 at night and this time we headed for Taman Jurong, had more fattening dinner there at the late hour of 9 pm. Char Kway Tiao, Prawn Hokkien noodle and all the more sinful satay. My goodness. Must exercise soon!!! Freaking.

But it was a good day. (^.^)

Just finished dinner.. Dear came over to have dinner and I cooked chicken with mango sauce for him. Not too bad for my first attempt. :p Judging from the fact that he ate it all up without me asking him to. Heehee.. (^.^) But I think it is too sweet.

Anyway, the outing to Choa Chu Kang was fruitful! Dad bought me a beautiful Solvil necklace cum watch from City Chain! Heehee.. Yep. My third birthday present.


Had black sesame paste for dessert after walking around for some time. Dad bought a cutesy pink mushroom from Minitoons for Baby Cherelle. :) Funnily enough, the mushroom looks exactly like her face. LOL! Pics of her and the mushroom on facebook.

Alright, so what did do on the 31st of 2007?

Firstly, I woke up late and lazed around.. Hehe.. Then I went to Jurong Point to watch a super lame and stupid movie at the request of Dear with his Sec school friends. The movie is AVP 2. Please, don't ever go and watch it. It just sucks. Anyway, after the show, Dear and I went back to my place for me to change and dress up for party time! Lol. Not so exaggerating la huh. We went to his JC friend's birthday party at Jurong West and had some fun. Dear and one of his friends sabo-ed an already drunken friend wearing a blurred "Drink, Drank, Drunk." shirt. How adequate. After cake-cutting, we moved on to City Hall area to meet his Sec school friends again at about close to 10 pm. Countdown was near and we decided to head to Clarke Quay by CAB. My goodness. Just a short while away, and the taxi fare was a freaking $7.10! And it was this cheap because uncle forgot to add $3 charge. Yes, the fare was supposed to be $10 plus. Freaking man. Anyway, Clarke Quay was lively with lots of human beings like us, enjoying the performances and atmosphere there. Watched an extremely entertaining and hilarious performance by 3 members of the audience - a guy from India, a sissy 'sister' and a rather shy indian lady. After that, we moved slowly on to this bridge nearby to wait for the fireworks to happen. But from where we were standing, we couldn't see but could only hear the fireworks. Lol. But the people didn't care anyway. Everybody started spraying white 'snow' and streamers and confetti, yelling away, kids started to attack everybody they see. Luckily, we were out of the line of fire. Phew. Went back to the stage where the performances were, found that it became a dancing platform, with SO MANY 'mangled' bodies on it, dancing and grooving to the loud music. Terrible. Can see their perspiration glistening under the moving disco lights. Can't imagine the smell up there. Dear was crazy enough to ask me if I wanted to dance up there. *Roll my eyes* Finally, we left the place and took the train home. Squeezed like sardines in a can. The crowd was unbelievable. Dear walked me home and went back to his friend's place near mine to continue partying with mahjong. Haha.. I was just too tired. Chatted with Shao at close to 3 am on 1st Jan 2008. :) Miss you my friend. Finally slept at 3.30 am.

I woke up so late the next day but still so sleepy. Went to Qin's place in the afternoon to help her pack for her 6 months away from SG but most of it already done by Mei. Heez.. Then, I went over to Dear's place, supposingly to help him pack his room since he can't seem to do it without me. (>.<) But then, I was so lazy too. Heehee.. Had a mini feast of KFC buddy meal and cheese fries and a tub of Ben & Jerry's Dublin mudslide icecream. So freaking full till I wanted to vomit. Tasty nonetheless. Cheers to Dear's growing tummy. :) Now I am not alone. Muahaha.. Seriously, his tummy has more fats than mine. And he's panicking. Lol. He's growing muscles on his arms and chest but fats on his tummy!! Damn funny! Nowadays, all I do is laugh at his tummy and pinch it when he is mean. Wahaha... Ultimate weapon against him. Ooops. I better take care of mine first. Then he cannot say,"You also have what!" Hmph!

Went to cut my hair today! A slightly different shape. Brought Dear to the same salon and had his hair cut too. Went to Orchard directly after cutting our hair. (^.^) Happy today! First, we were very hungry and so we went to the Taka basement there to search for yummy food. Dear spotted this Jap stall called 'Udon Bo' and it looks really good and cheap too! Value meal at $6.90 with a rice or udon, plus a side, some salad and a drink or miso soup of your choice. Serving was quite big too. I had katsu don with potato coroke and Dear had oyako don with ebi tempura. And rootbeer to go with all these. Nice food they got there. Another bloated lunch after yesterday's KFC. :( Fat!! Grr... Must keep in mind my New Year Resolutions. Happy day today!! Dear bought me the shades I wanted from Aldo accessories as my birthday present and cookies from Famous Amos to go along with it. Oatmeal raisins and double choc chip with Pecans! Love Dear! My second birthday present. (Oh the first was given to me by Mei and Qin. Lovely Tatty Teddy bdae card and Maybelline Volume XXL mascara. Nice. :D)Heehee.. I get to choose my present this time and to save money for him. Even though my birthday is still 4 days away, still happy to get the presents now. But then, there was a tiny tinge of regret about my presents when we shopped till the last stop at Tangs, where I saw a nice clasp belt from FCUK!!! Hahaha.. Costs 49 big dollars for a simple sliver waisted belt with black clasps. But I tried it on and it looks good! Just the thing to go with my black dresses and top. Even though Dear told me he will subsidise me, I decided to NOT buy it. It's just too ex for a belt to me now with no income. :( And I don't want Dear to spend his money on me again. I know Dear 疼 me a lot. Despite his egoistic attitude sometimes, I am still fortunate he is here with me. Hmm.. Really nice to be feeling happy with each other.
